Plant Extraction Wastewater Treatment in Hebei: 300m³ Biogas Storage System Commissioned

We are pleased to announce the successful on-site installation of our 300m³ double-membrane biogas holder at a plant extraction wastewater treatment project in Handan City, Hebei Province, China. Plant extraction wastewater is high-strength organic effluent (COD 10,000–50,000 mg/L) rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, and saccharides — making anaerobic treatment with biogas recovery the most cost-effective solution. The 300m³ biogas holder stabilizes system pressure and safely stores methane-rich biogas (55–70% CH₄) for downstream boiler or CHP utilization. 

The full installation — including foundation inspection, membrane assembly, control system commissioning, and gas-tightness testing — was completed on schedule and is ready to integrate with the upstream anaerobic reactor.
