At an industrial wastewater treatment project site in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, a 400m³ double-membrane gas holder is being steadily constructed and put into operation, serving as a key and indispensable unit within the overall wastewater treatment system. The project mainly supports the anaerobic treatment process for industrial wastewater, providing safe, stable, and efficient storage and regulation of biogas generated during treatment, thereby ensuring reliable conditions for subsequent energy utilization.


The project is equipped with a 400 m³ gas holder featuring a double-membrane structural design, offering excellent gas tightness and corrosion resistance. It is well suited to the complex composition of industrial wastewater and the significant fluctuations in biogas production. Through an automatic control system, the gas holder regulates internal pressure in real time, effectively balancing biogas generation and consumption.
