Corrosion-resistant membrane material suitable for biogas applications

Industrial wastewater 1000m³ double membrane gas holder

Zero Methane and Zero Hydrogen Sulfide in the Inner–Outer Membrane Interlayer, Safe and Non-Permeable

This project involves the construction of a 1,000-m³ double-membrane gas holder supporting an industrial wastewater treatment system. It is mainly used for the safe storage and regulation of biogas generated during the anaerobic treatment process. The gas holder adopts an inner and outer double-membrane structure, ensuring stable operation and suitability for continuous operating conditions.

During actual operation and inspection, the concentrations of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) and methane (CH₄) in the interlayer between the inner and outer membranes were both zero, indicating that no gas permeation occurred and that the sealing performance is reliable. The double-membrane material features excellent gas tightness and corrosion resistance, effectively preventing the diffusion of harmful gases.

While ensuring overall system safety, the gas holder also significantly reduces operational risks, providing solid assurance for the long-term stable operation of the industrial wastewater anaerobic treatment system and meeting safety, environmental protection, and engineering application requirements.
