This project is located in Leshan City, Sichuan Province, and involves the construction of a 500 cubic meter double membrane gas holder system to support the Snow Beer production facility. The gas holder is primarily used to collect and store biogas or recyclable gases generated during the production process, enabling stable energy regulation and efficient utilization. Featuring a double membrane structure, the inner membrane is designed for gas storage, while the outer membrane provides protection and pressure stabilization. The system offers excellent gas tightness and safety performance, effectively preventing gas leakage and ensuring long-term stable operation.

Integrated with the anaerobic treatment process of brewery wastewater, the project significantly improves biogas recovery and utilization efficiency. It not only reduces the company’s energy costs but also lowers carbon emissions, aligning with the principles of green and low-carbon development. The gas holder is engineered with high structural strength and strong wind and pressure resistance, making it well-suited to the local climate conditions in Sichuan. Equipped with an intelligent control system, it monitors gas volume changes in real time and automatically adjusts pressure to maintain balance, ensuring smooth coordination between the fermentation system and gas consumption units.
