Qingdao Haiyue has completed the installation of a 100 m³ double membrane gas holder for the Blue Ribbon Beer wastewater treatment project in Sanya, Hainan Province. The gas holder collects and stores biogas produced during the anaerobic treatment of brewery wastewater, providing buffer storage for its subsequent use.

Brewery wastewater contains organic matter that can produce biogas through anaerobic treatment. The gas holder adjusts its storage volume as the amount of biogas changes, helping to balance biogas production and demand and improve system stability.

From equipment fabrication to on-site installation, Qingdao Haiyue delivered the gas holder to meet the project’s needs, supporting wastewater treatment and biogas recovery in the brewing industry.
