1500 m³ biogas holder Livestock Wastewater

A 1500 m³ livestock wastewater treatment system has been newly built in Binzhou, Shandong Province, designed and constructed by Qingdao Haiyue Membrane Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. With nearly 20 years of experience in the biogas industry, Qingdao Haiyue provides comprehensive engineering solutions and advanced technology.

This system adopts a state-of-the-art anaerobic digestion process to efficiently treat large volumes of wastewater generated by livestock farming and convert the organic matter into clean biogas, achieving resource recovery. The biogas produced can be used for power generation or boiler fuel, which not only reduces environmental pollution but also helps farms lower their energy costs.

Since its successful commissioning, the project has significantly improved the surrounding ecological environment, demonstrating Qingdao Haiyue’s professional expertise in the biogas engineering field and providing strong support for the green and sustainable development of livestock farming in Binzhou.
