Recently, the kitchen waste treatment project in Yangquan City, Shanxi Province, reached an important construction milestone—the successful installation of a 900m³ double membrane gas holder, which has officially entered the system commissioning stage. As the core gas storage equipment in the entire kitchen waste anaerobic digestion system, the gas holder is mainly responsible for biogas collection, storage, and pressure regulation, providing solid support for the subsequent comprehensive utilization of biogas.
The installed 900m³ double membrane gas holder adopts high-strength anti-corrosion membrane materials, featuring excellent gas tightness, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance, which can effectively adapt to the complex operating environment during kitchen waste treatment. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent pressure control system and safety protection devices, enabling automatic regulation and safety monitoring during gas storage, greatly improving the stability and safety of system operation.
Biogas generated through the anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste not only realizes the resource utilization of organic waste, but also effectively reduces environmental pollution and carbon emissions. As an important link connecting the digestion system and the energy utilization system, the successful installation of the double membrane gas holder marks a significant phased achievement in the overall project construction.
After the completion of the project, it will further improve the harmless treatment and resource utilization level of kitchen waste in the local area, promote the development of a green and low-carbon circular economy, and inject new momentum into the ecological environmental governance and new energy utilization of Yangquan City, Shanxi Province.
